Our best seller ! Great bang for the buck power wise without breaking the bank and power you will absolutely feel for your investment. Heads are bowl ported  about 50% along the port from seat down and then treated to a trick high flow valve job. Making 80 plus Hp comes easy and reaching power levels mid 90's hp is often recorded with mild compression and cams. Heads are hand ported with a unique surface texture on intake port that has been thoroughly testing to make more flow and power over the conventional method of using abrasive rolls to finish . Exhaust ports have a very smooth surface.

Early style Twin cam heads and all Evolution's with 5/16 stems will be converted to 7mm stem valves along with dropping the late model 1.805 intake valve for an improved 1.860 valve unless otherwise.

Harley Twin cam & Evolution Fully Ported Heads

Our Second best seller. Super Sucker ! Very High port speed with excellent flow. Flows more then many 1.900 valve heads. Same as above but completely through ported. These heads have awesome power capability without needing to covert heads to larger valves and seats. Making 90 plus Hp with tame cams running mid 9 Cr compression is often recorded with Dynamometer tune sessions. Break into the three digits Hp Zone is not unusual with more aggressive builds. Heads are through ported and test flowed before assembly.

Heads are through ported with a unique surface texture on intake port and machined with a Trick Hi-flow valve job.

  • Intake seats is replace to support the 1.900 Intake valve

Shovel heads & Pan head restoration.

  • Western manufactured stainless valves installed.
  • Bronze guides replaced with Viton O-ring groove to prevent oil seeping .
  • Metal clad Viton positive seals.
  • New drop in valve seats ( unleaded fuel capable )
  • Heads refaced.
  • Hi-flow single point ,mutable angle valve job.
  • Stock style spring hardware ( upgradeable)
  • Heads hot tanked and vapor blasted .
  • 1200/ 74 heads will have spring seat machined/ modified to 80/1340 head spec to allow for metal clad stem seals.

Also optional service exist. Machine cylinder spigot and or enlarging for 3.625 cylinder . Porting.  Weld repairs and thread restoration . Duel spark plugs. Restoration is assuming heads are fare condition and have not been compromised from past rebuilds and repairs that may complicate restoration.

 

Cylinder sizing and boring

We size all cylinder with a cutting edge, Sunnen cylinder king honing system. We use a multi phase hone abrasive technique, along with stress plate fixtures using real world fasteners . We can can accommodate all factory cylinders and many after market cylinders like S&S etc. We aslo do re-sleeve work like wiseco sleeper 100 T-C 4.00 big bore sleeving.

We also can convert your 88 cylinder to 95 ci big bore. 3.750-3.875. Save you money and is better then replacement cylinder.

We have conquered the inherent ring seal problem with pan and shovel heads cylinders swallowing piston and warpage after installation. We custom built a stress plate hone fixture that that simulate torque at both ends for outstanding ring seal and eliminating skirt scuffing.

WHY STRESS HONE? If shops sell you its a myth? its just an up sell!  No ! it because it cost more, the investment of tooling and setup.  In many engine designs, sizing bores strait and round with out stress plate will lead to warped bore once the cylinder is mounted and torqued down. This can leading to piston seal troubles and Blowby also known as black death ( fuel in oil )
